Tile and grout cleaning using the Mytee Tile And Grout Spinner System which is one of the best methods available. It's basically an indoor pressure washing system that vacuums up the water and soil from the floors as we work. This method can clean all types of hard floors like, Tilt, Slate, Brick, Concrete, Marble, and Granite. We are also set up to clean shower walls and counter tops. Again it's one of the best methods but it's hard to judge the results immediately because the grout line darken as soon as you get them wet. One of the problems we encounter are after market polishes like waxes and finishes that should never be applied in the first place. Usually when we come across these floors we advise the home owner of our expected results and go with what they would like. We have found if the floors have been properly cleaned prior to a finish being applied. We can clean down to the finish, removing the soil and get good results. Please do not put these products on your floors. There are Grout line sealers that are approved but we will discuss these at another time.
